We had a superb holiday at this hotel, especially thanks to the friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel and the multiple pool areas were definite highlights. However, having a malfunctioning keycard system was a major inconvenience, particularly when trying to access my room as I have a disability.
